Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and inibet ("Platform", "We" or "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by inibet.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at inibet at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the inibet support team. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements will be cancelled and any verified real money balance will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Inibet's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Terms Amendment
